Product Details
The Stationary Concrete Batching Plant Twinshaft Mixer NE-45 STS produces 45 cubic meters of concrete every hour. The equipment uses a container that holds 0.75 cubic meters for each single batching cycle. It includes a twinshaft mixer manufactured by NILKANTH or SICOMA. There are four hoppers to hold materials and a bin that contains 2 tons of cement. Storage compartments for the raw aggregates hold 40 cubic meters in total volume. The machine releases the mixed concrete from a height of 4 meters. By using a self priming pump for additives and a submersible pump for water, the system maintains consistent functions. The machinery requires 81 horsepower and 415 volts of 3-phase electrical power.
