The Stationary Concrete Batching Plant Twinshaft Mixer NE-60 STS creates 60 m³ of concrete every hour. It holds 1.0 cu.m of material in a single batch. The machine uses a NILKANTH or SICOMA twinshaft mixer and four hoppers to combine ingredients. It includes a bin that contains 2 tons of cement and a storage area that holds 40 cu.m of aggregates. The design makes the mixture consistent throughout. A self priming pump adds chemicals plus a submersible pump adds water to the process. There is a motor that provides 91 HP to make the manufacturing process consistent. In this configuration, the equipment operates with high power.
