The Stationary Concrete Batching Plant Twinshaft Mixer NE-75 STS produces 75 m³ of concrete every hour. It is designed with a batch capacity of 1.25 m³. The machine includes a twinshaft NILKANTH mixer and four hoppers. There is a storage capacity of 60 m³ within those components. The internal blades mix materials at a high speed until the texture is consistent throughout the volume. To manage liquids, the plant uses a self priming additive pump and a submersible water pump - those pumps move fluids into the mixture without manual assistance. As the mechanical systems operate together, the plant creates concrete without interruptions.
